[arm-allstar] Newlines and EchoLink

LLoyd,

  You need to use playnews globally not locally for it to go outside of
your node and the RF side. Are you doing that? Putting a G on the end of
the line or leaving it off assumes Global. This would then go to all
connected nodes.
