[arm-allstar] Newsline and EchoLink

Sorry auto correct got me. 
I meant AR Newsline. We do a Net on Thursday nights and at the end we play newsline. We’ve been having members checkin connecting with EchoLink and stay around to listen to Newsline but are not able to hear it play.
