[arm-allstar] new Raspberry Pi board

Before anyone gets too enthused about this new board remember its
limitations. It only has one USB port, no Ethernet, and 512K of RAM and it
is only $10 cheaper than the 3B+. If you absolutely need the smaller size
and it is not greatly smaller, then I suppose it would be OK but for the
average user go for the 3B+.  For Allstar you will need an HDMI monitor and
a USB keyboard to set this up and then you would have to setup wireless and
ssh in via wireless to setup the FOB. Of course you could put a USB hub on
it but that would defeat the whole purpose. So don't be cheap, Just get a
3B+ and save the hassle.
