[arm-allstar] Node Can't Connect

This would tend to indicate a network connection problem. I assume others
can connect to you and that your port forwarding is working? For Allstar
BOTH ends need to know how to connect to the other end. Have him do a
dns-query to you node number and you do one to his. Make sure the IP
addresses and ports it is using to connect both ways are correct. Also are
you both using the latest hamvoip code? Can you connect to him from your
hub?
