[arm-allstar] Update V1.5.3-45

I'm reading it in simple email from the list, Doug. If it was 
copy-n-paste from a pdf and not posted to arm-allstar in html format 
then yes, that's the source of the literal asterisks. I just wanted 
others to be aware of a possible problem if they copied things.
