[arm-allstar] Update V1.5.3-45

Tony,

 Not sure what you are reading the file with. It is a PDF. It appears in my
PDF reader as -

//
$LOCALZIP = “yourzip”;
//

and yes in the PDF $LOCALZIP is in bold and the variable needs quotes and
an ending semicolon.
