[arm-allstar] Node connected to ATT hotspot

Doug,

OK, the first thing we need to do is get you a hamvoip registration to
eliminate that problem. I need you iax port number which I would guess is
the deft 4569 ??  Also it is important that you update your software. Can
you get connected somewhere using a wire connection? Perhaps a friend that
has wired Internet. If so do an update in the admin menu item 1.  Lets get
this all out of the way before we look at other things. One question would
be is your Internet reliable to your hotspot?
