[arm-allstar] Node connected to ATT hotspot

My node #46366
I had been having trouble getting node connected to my AT&T hotspot (close
to a year since I've had it connected). Russ-WL7LP built the node for me
and when I got it back,called him to help me get connected which was at
home using ATT uverse and had connected but would drop out. My and his time
would never get together for him to help me connect to AT&T hotspot. To be
mobile with this node was way I want to use it. I was just saying I can use
this node now.
