[arm-allstar] Extending Courtesy tones

I intend to be largely administering this node via DTMF. I realize this is
nothing new. However, I'd like some kind of confirmation that instructions
have been completed. I see "functcomplete" in the telemetry section of the
rpt.conf and I'm wondering if that might accomplish what I'd like to do.

For example, I'd like to issue a DTMF instruction to connect to node XXXX.
Short of having a voice response "Connected to node XXXX", I was examining
options for Courtesy Tones. This was when I stumbled across functcomplete.

Can someone enlighten me or point me to a resource?
I've reviewed distinctive_courtesy_tones_howto.pdf but I don't see any
relevant solutions.
