Hi Sean et al.,

IAXRPT starting out keyed, when the app is launched, has been reported by 
some users over the last year or so. I'm not sure what could be causing 
this???  ---I've not been able to duplicate the problem.

I've tried IAXRPT on Android 6 and 7. It works fine on the phones I've 
tried.

For those users who have the "keyed on launch" issue, I'd like to hear 
more about your setups, so maybe we can find the source of the problem, 
and then a resolution.
