[arm-allstar] port forwarding

Alan,

 You can use any port you want that is not used on your LAN but go above
1024 to max 65535. The port on your Allstar server is set with item 8 in
the main menu. Then just port forward that new port in your router. It
might be best to port forward first to the one you pick to make sure it
works with your router. Then set it on the server using item 8.
