[arm-allstar] Callsigns instead of node number

Not sure if this has been covered.
It seems logical that write_node_callsigns won't do what it use to if the
switch to DNS lookup has been done.
In fact I tried exactly that.
I didn't look at the script yet but I think it uses a database that no
longer is populated.
So how can we get callsigns in place of node numbers with the new lookup
method?
