[arm-allstar] No DTMF using Zopier keypad on IOS

Ive made the change with no difference.

I believe it’s the client on the phone itself as the node will respond to
the DTMF, however, the phone simply doesn’t play them. When using Zoiper
under windows it plays the DTMF just fine.
