[arm-allstar] Kenwood TH-D74 DTMF troubles

The other variable may be the length.  It may send the entire time you hold the button down or, it may only send for a prescribed length of time.

Most decoders can handle down to 50ms but, the original BellCore standard was 100ms minimum.  Check if there is a tone length setting in the radio.
