OK, can we please end the off topic discussion of FCC rules, etc. This is
an Allstar list and has MANY members that don't want to hear an argument
about FCC rules. Please limit the discussion to the topic of hamvoip
Allstar whenever possible. It is up to each individual to read and
understand FCC rules pertaining to amateur radio. I am sure there are other
forums that cover that topic. Remember the opinion of the FCC is what
matters not your opinion!
