[arm-allstar] correction about flite ---was:AUTOSKY

Thanks will check it out. Not sure how to use it yet or if it will change any existing voices but I think if we can get a script to read the <summary> tag in the xml that gets retrieved and let’s say play it every 6hours or 12,24 that could be pretty neat.
