[arm-allstar] correction about flite ---was:AUTOSKY

The packages with the voices where named incorrectly in my original 
post.  The actual names are:

pacman -Sy hamvoip-flite-arctic-female-voices

pacman -Sy hamvoip-flite-arctic-male-voices
