[arm-allstar] UFW start on boot

Doug and Rory.
UFW is not the pre-installed firewall in the asterisk system, and I
think when Rory changed the allstar.env file, the caused the RPi to load
the asterisk firewall, which was never configured, and which locked down
the system.
That make any sense, Doug/
