[arm-allstar] no iax audio on pseudo-node for playback on real node

Ken,
Here are some facts of Allstar in its present form.
If you are in duplex=0 on a node and you use the playback command it will
play on that node but NOT go to any other connected node
If you playback on another node that is setup as duplex=1 connected to a
node that is duplex=0 it will play on BOTH nodes and all connected nodes.
My question is why do you have the iaxrpt node in duplex=0 ? You could do
your playback on the iaxrpt node and it would traverse the entire connected
system if you had duplex=1 there. The other option would be to create
another pseudo node on that server set to duplex=1 to do playback.
So to summarize - playback does NOT play globally from a node with
duplex=0.
Another point is if you are using duplex=0 connected to a repeater
controller you probably also would want to set linktolink=yes.
