[arm-allstar] no iax audio on pseudo-node for playback on real node

I have an installation with two RPI's - each one having one node: one RPI
has a RIM USB device connected to an Arcom controller; the other RPI/node is
a pseudo-node with no hardware audio device (dahdi/pseudo). Both of these
nodes run as duplex=0.

The pseudo-node is used for IAX2 smart phone/PC softphone connections using
iaxrpt. It collects them into one stream for the repeater which has a
limited Internet speed at the repeater site.

Audio to and from the repeater works fine for iaxrpt users.

But audio generated by using "playback" at the repeater's node only comes
out the RIM. No audio is heard by the iaxrpt users. Do I have to I have to
put a dummy USB fob on the pseudo node to make it work?

It seems to me that I once had a similar problem with a DIAL install and
that was solved by plugging in a cheap-o sound fob (not connected on the
analog side) and changing the node to usb/radio.
