[arm-allstar] courtesy tones while node connected

I have an HT parked on node A’s freq. I am absolutely 100% hearing the standard AllStar unkey tone when I transmit on node B.
Now is this a possible factor? Both nodes ARE hung off the same Raspberry Pi. Node A is attached to my Kenwood TM-V71A and node B is radioless. Node A has nounkeyct=1, node B has nounkeyct=0.
