[arm-allstar] DTMF decoder using radio less node

Gents,
I’m having a problem where I’m using one of Ed’s radio less node adapter boxes with an audio setting of about 700 with receive boost off. Driving mobile I find this is a great setting to not overdrive and cause terrible sounding audio.

The dtmf decoder does not work at this level. If I turn on RX boost, and set the RX audio to ZERO then it works fine, but the mic is to sensitive. 

Is there any kind of separate adjustment to make the decoder work better I could work with? 

Looking for any ideas
