Jorge,

Not sure if you have gotten this working but here is a copy of what I
use in the simpleusb.conf file.

When using the data (mini din) on the rear of the radio... there is no
need to use any packet settings in the FT-1500 program.
Treat the FT-1500 radio just like a normal normal transceiver without
packet. The needed signals are all present.

The main thing is make sure you are using the 1200 baud pin for audio.
There is no need for deemphasis as it is handled inside the FT-1500 also
preemphasis should be set to no as that also is done inside the radio.
With the rxboost=1 setting there is more than ample audio drive.
If using PL or CTCSS do it inside the radio and leave ctcssfrom=no
The main thing as Doug pointed out is to set the carrierfrom=usb as the
FT-1500 COS signal goes to 5volt when squelch/PL opens.

My example below... been working this way for 3 years.

; simple usb configration added by simpleusb-config.sh
;  2015.05.02.1355

[general]

[usb]
; Generic Default Settings
eeprom=0
hdwtype=0
rxboost=1
carrierfrom=usb
ctcssfrom=no
txmixa=voice
txmixb=voice
invertptt=0
duplex=1
plfilter=no
deemphasis=no
preemphasis=no
rxaudiodelay=5
