[arm-allstar] iax rpt problem with hamvoip

Ken,

 I very much doubt this is a hamvoip bug problem. It has sporadically been
reported in other versions in the past. Make sure the app you are using is
the latest. We have no control over that app. We did not produce the app
nor do we support it. My understanding is that this only happens on some
phones. It does not happen on my Samsung Android tablet and I know it does
not happen on many other phones. The number of Android version and phone
or device combinations is very large and testing on every combination is
really impossible. Perhaps users who are experiencing this could report the
Android version, app version, and phone type and we could see what works
and what does not.
