[arm-allstar] iax rpt problem with hamvoip

I would like to repost this issue (since it killed our club's net tonight).

 

When a station running Android iaxrpt connects to our Ham VOIP half-duplex
link node, the node and attached repeaters key up until the smart phone user
toggles the PTT.  This does not happen with the PC version. (This does not
happen with ACID nodes). I know some change was made recently to the ham
voip software regarding Android connections and I wonder if this has
introduce a bug?
