[arm-allstar] Connecting to another node

Thanks everyone for responding. I figured it out. You are right the iax
port was wrong. I changed it as I was building it for testing. I didn't
want to conflict with my node. We got it changed and everything is working
great. He is a convert from Echolink. Again thank you to all that gave
suggestions and let me know you could connect.
