[arm-allstar] pacman and installed packages

Fred,

 If you want to look at what is in a package without actually downloading
it the program - pkgfile will do that. You would need to download that
small package first -  pacman -Sy pkgfile  -  then

 pkgfile -l hamvoip-packet-tools | grep direwolf

But that does not tell you a version of the actual program. It would be
best to download the package and then see what version it is.

I thought that Dave just updated this by request not long ago so it might
be up to date already. If not I am sure he will.
