[arm-allstar] Easier way to effect HamVoip updates?

Caution this will NOT always work and updates really should be supervised!
I would NOT recommend putting updates in a cron!

I have written two scripts to do this outside of the menu and also we will
be adding hamvoip update to Supermon very soon.
