[arm-allstar] Link Radio ker chunking the repeater

Greetings Doug & Dave,

I wanted to follow up with you to advise the corrections were implemented
and link radio is operating designed.

Thanks Doug for the clarification.  Really appreciate everything you guys
and others are doing for the network.  The Hawaii Mainland Allstar Network
is working great.
