[arm-allstar] HDMI monitor

Good point but if you are not going to use the HDMI I would not add that
because it energizes stuff and draws current you do not need. I really hope
most people get in the habit of using ssh as it makes little sense to use a
monitor and keyboard on a Pi that is not graphical. You have it connected
to the Internet and if you have another computer running on your LAN just
ssh in. I understand there are situations where a monitor is required but
for general maintenance either local or remote ssh is the preferred way to
go.
