	If you add the line "hdmi_force_hotplug=1" into the config.txt file in 
the /boot part, the PI will NOT default to using the other video system 
when the HDMI is not attached at boot-up - and the HDMI should be 
available anytime you wish to plug a proper HDMI monitor into the connector.

	There are additional settings if you wish further control over the HDMI 
connection, and you may find the the HDMI has a different resolution etc 
depending on whether it's attached and powered on at boot-up.
