[arm-allstar] rpt_extnodes not populating

Jud,
I am sending you the DNS node lookup instructions privately. As long as
you are registered this should solve your problem. If it is not registered
try turning in completely off for 5-10 minutes and then back on. Soon we
will be releasing the DNS lookup to all. It ihas been in beta for over 6
months and working flawlessly. You can add it to all your nodes and turn
off the flat file lookup. Just follow the simple instructions. Let me know
how you make out.
