[arm-allstar] Moto Acc. programming

Sorry folks but everything is starting to run together on me now. I'm still trying to understand AllStar.  I'm using a RBUSB RIM Lite Maxtrac, RPi2, & Moto GM300 simplex node. While listening on my HT the gm300 is retransmitting traffic from the East Coast reflector fine but is not passing my local traffic back to the reflector. The gm300 is showing that it is receiving from my HT but it's not keying the RIM to pass me to the reflector. When I go to the simpleusb-tune-menu #2 I get no RX Voice Level. I have programed the GM300 pin 8 to but can find the article that told the acc plug programming. I know there was another pin that needed programmed but can't find it now. Does anyone have a link or suggestion where to look for this setting. Under rpt.conf I have "Repeater/Simplex Node Settings" DUPLEX 1,  I don't know if this is my problem but will get me started anyway. Thanks for all of the help and understanding.
