[arm-allstar] Node keeps rekeying up

Mike,
I don't believe it would work any different in iaxrpt. When you connect to
the node the parameters for that node are observed. Make sure you have the
command spelled correctly and that there is only one instance per node. Do
a search for nounkeyct
