[arm-allstar] Backup

Luc,

 The backup howto is pretty clear. Just run the file-backup.sh script from
the Linux prompt. It gives you the option of backing up to a file or to a
USB stick inserted in the Pi.

If you could explain further what you do not understand maybe I could
better help.
