[arm-allstar] Remote Base question

I didn't know that maxtracs did BCD, I was under the impression that
the Radius would do 3 bits of BCD, and the GM300s would do 5 bits.
I do know that the CDMs will only do 4 bits.
I was told that one of the XPRs would do 5 bits, but I don't know
which one.
