[arm-allstar] Allow only one connection possible?

We had a situation where a portable node user thought he disconnected from our repeater system before connecting to another...... indeed he was still connected us..... then he connected to another system and effectively bridged them together and created a big pile up......


question is, how could I prevent this.


can i set our hub not to allow connections from users who are already connected? (disable muti-conf ?? )

OR

do i need to access the portable node and make a setting change?
