[arm-allstar] Bug fix release

Hi Everyone,

A bug-fix release went out on 07/11/2018 (hamvoip-asterisk-0.1.5.3-35).  
This release was quietly performed and I didn't increment some of the
normal counters, since this was strictly maintenance. Now, more than 1000 
downloads later, all seems well. In fact, SPECTACULAR!

So, if you have not updated recently, please consider upgrading now. Use 
option #1 from the admin menu, and then reboot.

We're all trying VERY hard to resolve most of the remaining crash-me bugs
found in the AllStar / HamVoIP software. And, over that last year or so, 
we've moved eons forward!

If you now still experience periodic software crashes, please report them. 
This information will help to solve any remaining problems!!

If you have not upgraded recently, please do so now!
