[arm-allstar] Missing rpt_extnodes file

Hi:
I am have a problem with the rpt_extnodes file.  It is appear to be missing.  I reinstall everything and the file still in nowhere.  I also have another node and the file is there.  I also tried the killall rc.updatenodelist in the shell and restart the file and then the node start good.  But if it reboot, then the file is missing again.  I there any way to solve this.  Thanks for your help.
