[arm-allstar] Zioper: Registration Failed (Registration Refused (29))

Hi all,

I'm having an issue getting Zoiper to work with HamVoIP.

Been through the setup on the website a half-dozen times with no luck.

IAXRPT works fine, so it isn't a port issue.

Zioper also works fine on my ASL build.

Zioper reports: Registration Failed (Registration Refused (29))
