Jay,
The simpleusb-tune-menu will automatically create/update these config
files for you, using the device string as interpreted by the channel
driver.
Launch the program and go through each USB device found using the 'S'
command. Configure as needed. Then, 'W' the config.
Repeat the about for all your USB fobs.

where can I find the dev strings?
I ran dmesg and I think I found them there.
