Hi Mike,
Does the WiFi work with the IP address it has gotten: a.b.c.100 ??
If so, I'm guessing that the WiFi MAC address of the RPi3B+ is different
than you're expecting it to be.
You can confirm the MAC address by using admin menu option #9 to go to a
bash shell. Then, use the ifconfig command, like:
[root at hamvoip-kb4fxc asterisk]# ifconfig wlan0
wlan0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500
inet 192.168.112.111 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.112.255
ether b8:27:eb:b6:44:28 txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet)
RX packets 6066700 bytes 984989310 (939.3 MiB)
RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0
TX packets 5740068 bytes 2641234968 (2.4 GiB)
TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0
...The MAC address is listed on the 4th line, above:
ether b8:27:eb:b6:44:28
