[arm-allstar] Whats the difference?

Here is the history.... autoskywarn is an update of autosky by the same
author. Several years ago we put autosky into the hamvoip repository after
quite a bit of massaging. The original script although functional was at
least in my opinion quite a mess. I tried to get the author to follow my
lead of script coding but I was not successful. I felt if we were going to
support it we had to have the capability to do it easily and it had to be
easy and intuitive for the users. When newer versions came out it would
have meant my complete restructuring of the code again and since what we
have works and I did not see any great functional difference I have not
taken the time to do it. What we have works. At some point I might
reconsider cleaning up a later version for our distribution but it is not
high on my list of things to do.
