[arm-allstar] Playing Newsline on Allstar Pi3

OK, I just tried something different. Instead of running ARN from the
command line NOW I ran it as follows (remember I am one hour behind you):
15 20 * * 6 /etc/asterisk/local/playnews/playnews-0.11 ARN 20:30 27065
G &> /dev/null 2>&1
It played just fine on node 27065 (on the Pi) but node 2430 was
connected to node 27065 and it never played there.
