[arm-allstar] Issues with Broadcastify streaming audio off of my node...

Rob, 

No it wasn't in the example...  I did so much editing back and forth yesterday it was mind boggling...  In the my efforts to hide the addresses and passwords, I edited it right out of existence in the example...
Once I found somebody elses instructions on how to do it, and found the pkg-config trick, everything fell into place.
I ended up doing it on multiple RasPi's...  And it worked for me too!

I spoke too soon.  I missed the part about having to install pkg-config
I did
pacman -Sy pkg-config
cd /etc/ezstream-0.6.0
make
./configure
make
make install

rebooted the pi and then I got the online message from Broadcastify.
