Phil found what I had setup wrong, so now I am working 100%.
I only had a functions stanza set up for the other node 46664 not the one I was trying to use 46663.
Script and DTMF work perfect.

Go into the asterisk client - menu #11 - watch DTMF as you enter it. See hat the results are. Are you seeing proper DTMF characters being entered?
Is there an error when it executes the script line?
