[arm-allstar] RTCM setup questions

Chris,

First: Where do the RTCMs fit in??

Second: I'm assuming the main and secondary systems are at different 
sites?

Third: it sounds like you're basically wanting to connect the RC850 
controllers "back-to-back" --effectively with a cable between them. Is 
that correct? ...And, bridge Allstar connectivity in, too??
