[arm-allstar] Baofeng Products

I was going to say something but didn't.  Many hams are looking for great
deals money wise. Not everyone can afford a big 3 radio. Me paying $500+
for a ht is not in my regular budget. I spoke my mind and didn't try to
upset anyone. I'm not trying to start an arguement. I'm just giving my 2
cents.
