[arm-allstar] Audio question

I use a number of CDM 1550 and 1250 transceivers as link radios and node
radios on a number of repeaters. On two of our UHF machines and one of our
220 machines Moto CDM's are the primaries, with external PA's doing the
heavy lifting. They are really nice radios for this sort of work as long as
the RF power levels are kept low. Their PA's are tough, but not meant for
100% duty cycle at high power levels. On our machines where they are
primary radios I set the power to 2W or less for driving an external PA. If
you wish to contact me outside of the forum I'd be happy to share with you
our code plugs and DMK to URI harness schematic for CDM's we use as simplex
node radios, or duplex repeaters.
