 I really don't understand what you are asking. The dns-query showed you
were registered. It also showed that your node is in the database, So yes
you should be able to connect outbound.

The problem with inbound is you don't have a port forward. You have two
nodes with the same port. You can only forward one port of the same number
in your router thus you need to assigned a different port to the second
node changing it at both allstarlink.org for that server and in that
servers iax.conf. Then you can port forward to that new iax port UDP to
that servers IP address in your router.
